Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to receive your Emory & Hope order! Below you’ll find information about order processing, shipping, delivery, and tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Standard shipping is $6.95, or free on qualifying orders over $50.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information after your shipping label has been created.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Emory & Hope’s direct control.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help however we can.
